PROJECT · Polish Kennel Club (ZKwP) · Katowice Branch
The branch with a pedigree
One of the oldest ZKwP branches — since 1948, from shows at the Spodek arena to CACIB rings. We built the website where breeders, exhibitors and future dog owners find everything in one place.
Ring 1 · Client
Knowledge that used to circulate by phone and in office binders now lives in one well‑organised website — with an FCI group filter, a calendar and a guide.
The Katowice Branch brings together breeders and pedigree dog enthusiasts from the region. It organises shows, competitions, lectures and workshops, runs 16 breed sections and awards its own trophy — the Gwarek Śląski (Silesian Gwarek). The office answers questions about kennels, litters, fees and documents every day.

Ring 2 · First impression
Green, pink and the next event front and centre.
We brought Klar Studio's design to the browser without compromise: bottle green, pink accents and a homepage that tells you from the first second what is happening in the branch — upcoming events, office notices, new litters and stud dogs.
Ring 3 · Calendar
From the international show to herding trials.
Shows, competitions, lectures and workshops in one calendar, sorted by category. Each event page is a complete pack for the exhibitor: date, venue, judging schedule, entry link — and for international shows, an English version too.
Ring 4 · Directories
A puppy with a pedigree? Start with the right kennel.
A directory of kennels, stud dogs and puppy listings — three linked registers sharing one FCI group filter. A future owner sees in a few clicks who in the region breeds the chosen breed, and a breeder sees which stud dog is close at hand.

Ring 5 · Guide
Fees, documents, FCI — no need to call the office.
What the ZKwP and the FCI are, the current list of statutory fees (45 items), documents to download, the branch's judges and stewards, and dates of breed section meetings. Answers to questions that used to require a phone call.
Ring 6 · At the show
Calendar and directories in your pocket — ringside too.
Exhibitors check the day's schedule and notices straight from their phones. The whole site — filters, event pages, fee tables — works just as comfortably on a small screen.
Scope of work
What we did
- 01
Building Klar Studio's design
A bespoke site theme — every view faithfully reproduced and polished for desktop, tablet and phone.
- 02
Three directories, one filter
Kennels, stud dogs and puppies as separate directories joined by a shared split into FCI groups and unrecognised breeds.
- 03
Events calendar
Four categories, an event page with judging schedule and entries, and navigation to the previous and next event.
- 04
Bilingual shows
Pages for international shows in Polish and English — for exhibitors and judges from abroad.
- 05
A guide for breeders
The ZKwP and FCI in a nutshell, a table of statutory fees, downloadable documents and breed standards in one place.
- 06
The branch and its heritage
History since 1948, the board, 16 breed sections, judges and stewards, and the Gwarek Śląski trophies with lists of winners.
- 07
Easy updates
The branch office adds events, notices and listings on its own — no waiting for a developer.
- 08
Search visibility
Clean URLs, a sitemap and descriptions that make the branch's kennels and events easy to find on Google.
A living site
The ring is never empty.
Events come and go, litters are born, the fee list changes every year. The site keeps pace — content is updated continuously throughout the season.
