The hospital director, the IT department and the head physician start with one question: where does the data go? Medichat answers: the platform, with a secure messenger, tasks and urgent alerts, runs inside the hospital's internal network and meets GDPR requirements. The product is at an early stage of development.
Ward scenarios instead of slogans
We prepared the mockups, design and implementation of the website. It presents three situations: a nursing task list available to the whole team, emergency department alerts that reach the right specialists, and radiology consultations in an official channel. The decision-maker sees what the team will use the tool for every day.
Trust and contact with future users
Separate sections explain on-prem deployment, GDPR compliance and the protection of medical data. This is where a hospital starts a conversation about implementation.
The site also includes a survey and sign-up for focus groups. The creators of Medichat collect opinions from future users while the product is still in development.
