PROJECT
GO GREEN CONCRETE SYMPOSIUM
Project context
GO GREEN CONCRETE SYMPOSIUM is a specialist conference on modern, low-emission concrete technologies, aimed at engineers, architects, and construction-industry professionals.
The event website was meant to become the central communication hub for the conference — presenting the idea, agenda, and enabling participant registration.
Challenge
The project ran on an extremely tight timeline — as is often the case with events like this, the schedule shifted constantly, and key decisions were made literally days before launch.
An additional challenge was the lack of ready input materials:
- incomplete copy at kick-off,
- no dedicated visual assets,
- a changing agenda and scope of information.
In practice, this meant parallel conceptual, design, and development work, without the comfort of a classic phased process.
Solution
To deliver on time, we adopted a highly flexible, decisive approach:
- we designed a universal, modular layout that could be filled with content incrementally,
- developed a cohesive aesthetic without relying on ready-made client assets,
- focused on clarity and information hierarchy, essential for event websites,
- implemented a registration form enabling fast sign-ups,
- ensured full responsiveness and site stability despite a very short delivery window.
Everything was designed and built to allow last-minute content updates.
Outcome
The result is a functional, professional conference landing page that:
- communicates the event theme effectively,
- enables participant registration,
- maintains a cohesive, modern character under time pressure,
- supports the brand of a specialist industry gathering.
The project demonstrates our experience working under high pressure with incomplete inputs, where fast decisions, flexibility, and accountability for the final result matter most.
