Culture Hub Poland — website
A website for the Culture Hub Poland foundation with a CMS where the team publishes programmes, projects, events and open calls on its own, while links, lists and navigation build themselves. Visual design with Klar Studio.
Visit websiteA website that keeps pace with the foundation
Culture Hub Poland, formerly Music Export Poland, runs several programmes, a dozen or so projects and a constant stream of events at the same time: missions to international festivals, open calls, workshops and songwriting camps. The foundation needed a website that could keep up with that pace, without calling an agency for every new open call.
The visual design was created by Klar Studio, and we built the website on WordPress: the content architecture, the team panel, templates for every subpage and the English version.
Programme, project, activity: content that knows where it belongs
We based the whole website on a simple hierarchy. A programme groups projects, and a project groups activities. The team adds a new event, enters the dates, adds a photo and picks from a list which project it belongs to. The website does the rest.
- Each activity shows on its own which project and programme it is part of, with links to them.
- A project page gathers its activities automatically, and a programme page gathers its projects.
- The event card appears right away on the home page and in the list of activities.
- A new programme or project is just another entry in the panel, not a website rebuild.
Open calls and events without a developer
Every activity has tags: mission, open call, workshop, camp, research, speed meeting. A single “Open call” tag is enough for the event to appear in the Open calls tab and in the activity filter. Anyone on the team can publish an open call in a few minutes, with no coding knowledge.
Subpages are built from ready-made text and image modules, so a project description or an event report can be expanded in the panel. The same structure works in the English version for partners abroad.
A strong identity on every screen
The Klar Studio system is bold: intense red, black and an orange gradient, a wide typeface and large concert photos in a red tone. The foundation's logo animates on the home page, and activity cards with dates and tags look just as good on a phone as on a big screen.
For the foundation this means order without effort: an entry added once appears in all the right places, and visitors can see at once which programme and project they are taking part in.
